1. Vendor Information
This is a private invitation for . Registration and payment are required to confirm participation.

2. Vendor Spaces and Tents
Vendor spaces are 10 × 10 feet. Rental canopy tents are 8 × 8 feet and provided at setup. Free Wi-Fi is available; electricity is not available. Vendors bring their own tables and chairs.

3. Vendor Agreement and Signature
- I agree to sell only those products specified above and approved by the Event Managers.
- I acknowledge full responsibility for all my activities at the event and for those employed or assisting in my booth. I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify OSIA Lodge 2225, Inc., or the employees, agents, successors or assigns of any of the above, and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by me, my employees or assistants of the space(s) or booth or any part thereof.
- I understand that the OSIA Lodge 2225, Inc., its agents, successors or assigns, do not carry insurance policies to cover individual vendors and their products or rental spaces and will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property of the vendors, nor for any claims of liability due to negligence by any vendor.
- I acknowledge that NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for advanced fees paid if I decide to no longer participate in the event.
- I understand I am responsible for set-up and clean-up in my vending space including trash removal and disposal of any items required during the event.
- Vendors will need to bring their own chairs and tables; no tables or chairs will be provided.
- I acknowledge that participation in the event is conditioned upon compliance with all terms of this agreement, and that the event managers shall have the right to revoke permission to participate for violation of or failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.
